Hi everyone! I’ve got a new pattern I’ve been working on as well as a store-wide sale to celebrate!
Back in 2024 I did a set of plushies with a cuddly slouchy style that had floppy arms and feet. This first group had a bunch of felines with a few canines and even a fox thrown in. It was such a popular collection that you guys voted highly for a sequel – this time with a fantasy spin!
So this group of 3 new patterns includes some truly majestic and legendary creatures. The dragon pattern includes a western dragon that has a cute snout and lots of epic spikes and horns. Alongside there’s an eastern dragon with whiskers, antlers, and even magical floral details like cherry blossoms.
The griffin and hippogriff pattern has the well-known eagle and lion hybrid, complete with a cute little bird beak and tiny bird claws. But with it you can also make a hippogriff; the mythical combination of an eagle and horse.
Lastly the unicorn has a gorgeous striped mane and tail along with cute feathery wings and a spiral horn. For extra fun you can add little leg fluffs or even star details for a mystical look.
All of these fantasy creatures have the same floppy bodies as the previous set. Their arms and feet flop around when you pick them up, then the feet fold forward when you set them down so they sit nicely on their big bottoms.
If you sew by hand or regular sewing machine, you can create the eyes and other details with fusible web applique. The instructions include everything you need for that. Or if you have an embroidery machine, you’ll find there are embroidery files sold separately, which are 50% off for the sale.
