Free Pattern Friday! Beanbag Animal plush!

Hey everyone! The next high-scoring entry on my pattern poll is another nostalgia trip! It’s a set of beanbag animals that are inspired by the classic Beanie Babies! I had my own small collection growing up, namely the cats like Chip, Flip, Zip, Nip, and Snip. So for this pattern I did both a kitten and a puppy.

Like the classic beanies, these have bodies that are filled with poly pellets so they’re floppy, weighted, and fun to hug and toss around. Their heads are fully stuffed and soft and they also have the option of safety eyes and noses if you want to skip doing any applique or embroidery.

As always, the pattern comes with applique templates to make the face details. These will work if you’re sewing the details by regular machine or by hand. If you have an embroidery machine, you’ll find the embroidery files available for download with the buttons below. I hope you all like it!
