It seemed like a natural progression that my animal hats, soft plush toys, and adorable housewares would be perfect for infants, so I took the leap and made projects that are ideally suited for all the little ones in your life. They’re easy to make and perfect for gifts, all while perfectly embodying that simple and sweet quality of babies!

You’ll find 18 great projects like a range of quilts, from simple and sophisticated, to warm and cozy, to fun and colorful! Then there are the amazing decorating projects, like mobiles and an awesome organizer. Of course there are loads of cuddly accessories perfect for dressing up your baby, like a slew of animal hats, headbands, booties, and bloomers. And let’s not forget all the cuddly toys to be had: plush toys from big to small, puppets, and blocks. And lastly, I take the necessary baby practicalities and make them cuddly and fun! With bibs, washcloths, and even a sleek diaper bag.

Every project is done in the same simple, yet sweet and sophisticated kawaii style that I think perfectly suits babies. It gives them bright colors and faces to admire as well as making your baby look more adorable in the process! ^-~
My goal while creating this book was to highlight every loveable and gentle creature I could imagine, from kitty cats to red pandas, elephants to monkeys, and puppies to dragons. I think kind and gentle animals not only reflect the sweetness of babies, but the characters make these projects perfect for unisex gifts. A boy looks just as adorable in a panda hat as a girl, so you can make a whole menagerie of projects for everyone!

I hope you will pick up this book if you have a little one that you would love to surround in smiling faces, or need that perfect gift for the favorite baby in your life ^-^ I think not only will you have adorable pieces to keep for generations, but create some beautiful and loving memories as well.

In your FAQ, you say “You are more than welcome to use my patterns both personally and commercially.” Does this apply to the patterns in the books as well.
Thank you.
Unfortunately no, as per the guidelines from the publisher, the patterns are for personal use only. You can find all the details on page 4 of Sew Baby 🙂
That’s why I provide patterns free on my website so at least some of what I offer can be used commercially ^-^
Do you have or want to make that Tiger body pillow available for commercial use? It’s so darn cute and I loved using our body pillow when my kids were little. I think people here would love to have a cute version like this <3
I’ll certainly look into it! Thanks for the suggestion 😊
