Here are the most requested animals and characters I recieved in 2022! A big thanks to my Patreon patrons who helped me narrow down the list and added their own suggestions. They’re split into fanart and non-fanart categories this time since the fanart characters tend to become free patterns 💖
In these polls, you can choose as many options as you’d like. But if you have a different idea to suggest, feel free to leave a comment down below and I’ll put it on future lists!
I can’t always promise I’ll make the suggestions in the same order as the poll. If it’s a big project it might mean I’ll need to be strategic with my schedule. But rest assured that if it scores very high it will find a way into my plans for the year!

    hello Choly,
    Your patterns are wonderful, I love them.
    I bought many of them and my friends love it. I started to make some to donate to some poor kids in the Christmas, I hope they like it.
    I hope you can make kirara and Bearded Dragon.
    Would you consider to make a psyduck (pokemon)? I couldn’t find anywhere.

    I love these patterns, i use them all the time for baby showers, and children I’ve even made some that look like doctors that I work with. I was wondering if you can make poogie from monster hunter world, I just think he’s just soo cute with his different costumes.

    What about a plushie cover? Like, I have 2 large, I think 16″, Squishmallows that I bought several months ago, but I would like some sort of envelope-pillow-style egg-shaped cover or cozy to make them over into other types of plushies. So, one is a rainbow colored cat, but I kind of want a white or off white kawaii sprout instead, but I don’t want to buy another plushie, I just want a pillow cover in the white radish sprout character style. I don’t have a lot of room to collect these. A character cover or cozy would be a fun way to refresh the plushies I already own.

      Adding in that I would love to see any Monster Hunter monster or Poogie or a Palico!
      And rainbow monkeys from Codename Kids Next Door!
      Or milkshakes from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy!!

    Hallo liebe Choly, ich mag deine Schnittmuster sehr. Habe einige schon ausprobiert. Vielleicht könntest du ja mal eine Mütze machen mit verschiedenen Ohrenvariationen, wie Katze, Wolf, Pferd, Fuchs, Panda und Reh. Ich hab einige Mützen gesehen und möchte die gerne nach nähen, leider könnte ich kein schnittmuster finden. Da die ursprüngliche Webseite nicht mehr existiert. Ich hab selbst probiert ein Schnittmuster zusammen zu stellen. Bin aber nicht 100% von meinen überzeugt.

Vielleicht könntest du ja einmal ein Schnittmuster von einer Mütze mit verschiedenen Ohrvariationen wie Katze, Wolf, Fuchs, Pferd, Panda und Reh machen. Oder auch andere Tiere. Ich habe einige schöne Mützen gesehen. Doch leider existiert die Webseite nicht mehr, wo es das schnittmuster gab. Ich habe selbst versucht ein schnittmuster zusammen zu stellen. Bin aber mit den Endergebnis nicht 100% zufrieden. Vorallem nicht um es zu verschenken.

    Hi Choly, like the others here I love your patterns, I have just completed the Chinese New Year bunch, I only have photos of 2 at the moment, but they are all made and ready to give my family as birthday gifts…..I was wondering if you could make a pattern of the Avatar??? I would love to have these patterns as it is one of my favourite films.

    If I missed it let me know, but have you done a Narwhal? My daughter has become obsessed. I’m open to suggestions for combining patterns as well. She’s obsessed with aquatic creatures, so a pattern set with a Narwhal option (or an add-on) would be awesome! I love your patterns!!

    Heyy! I found your site through my sewing teacher, and I absolutely ADORE all of your patterns. I’ve worked on a few so far just for fun and can’t wait to do more! I’ve been looking around the internet for Animal Crossing plushies and I’ve found close to none, it made me think of you and how talented you are at creating such adorable kawaii plushies like the AC animals. I want to request Sherb, Alice, or Hazel in particular, but I’m sure you’re busy and I don’t want to be a bother. Thank you for all you do, so many people appreciate your work, including me! 😉

        Do you have any suggestions for a river otter plushie? The head of the neck animals otter is perfect, but I’m looking for a regular plushie body, rather than the neck style. (Context: I’m looking to make a plushie version of the delivery otters from the Sarah J Maas Crescent City books.)

    Hello 🙂 I’ve discovered your website and kawaii patterns a year ago and have made 5 plushies so far (some were purchased patterns in your store). I’m a total noob but thanks to your instructions, I’ve become a confident beginner! Thank you for your very hard work.
    I’d like to suggest a Squirtle from Pokémon. I saw a turtle plushy but it’s not the same. I don’t seem to find a pattern for it in your list.

    I do have a request/idea only because I’ve been looking for ages. That being a Parasaur (or Parasaurolophus plushie.) There only seems to be 2 or 3 patterns of this creature and they are NOT the greatest. And with the next Jurassic movie right around the corner it would be prime time. Anyway Thanks for making all these great patterns!

      Hi Choly,
      I have tried sewing a plushie with the help of your axolotl pattern for the first time and I am so happy with the result! Your small guide for plush fabrics and the very detailed instructions for the pattern helped me out a lot so thank you for your amazing work.

      I would like to suggest a pattern for Pikmin plushies because they don’t have a lot of details and would therefore be fun to sew I think. I don’t know if you are familiar with Pikmin since it’s a not widely known Nintendo game but they are adorable and well suited for plushie making so maybe you are interested. I would absolutely love that!

        I came here to say Pikmin plushes too!! They are so cute and would look fantastic with embroidered faces, but it’s very hard to find patterns for them. There are many different colours of pikmin that all have different shapes, but the classic ones are the red, yellow, and blue. But Pikmin 3 which has cute flying pink pikmin which would be an adorable pattern with the little wings. I would love to be able to to buy a pattern set for all the colours/shapes and make a full team!
