Free Pattern Friday! Kirby Plush

Hi everyone!
This cute puffball almost doesn’t need an introduction — it’s Kirby! This beloved Nintendo character has been the star of dozens of adorable games since 1992. The plush has a pudgy round body with stumpy arms and big shoes. He’s got an adorable smiling face and sits nicely on his own.
Since he’s just a body with shoes tacked on, he comes together really quickly. So you can easily make a lot. The pattern does have some curved sewing for the arms as well as lots of darts for the front and back. So you’ll just need to be prepared for that. But with all that in mind, I rated it a 3/10 in difficulty.
As always, the pattern comes with applique templates to make the face. These will work if you’re sewing the details by regular machine or by hand. If you have an embroidery machine, you’ll find the embroidery files available for download here or with the buttons below.
I hope you all like it!

  1. I made meta knight with this and I hope to make glacta knight and mortho knight and dark meta knight too

  2. Do you have any advice/recommendations for combining this pattern with the chain chomp one you’ve done previously to make a Mario Bob-omb plush? Or do you think that would not work?

    1. I think combining those two would be a great way to make a Bob-omb! You could use the base of the chain from the Chain Chomp as the fuse base on the bomb, then the feet from Kirby as the feet for the bomb. I think that would be perfect 😊
