Hi all! It’s only September, but I’m already getting excited for Halloween. As most sewists know, you have to start early for every occasion. So for this year I thought I’d make an owl plush! While making a cute one was a ton of fun, I just had to get into the Halloween spirit and make a creepy one as well 😛
So this pattern has the templates for both! It gives you some decent options to switch things up and make different faces and characters. But I think what I love most about the plush is how chubby and round it turned out :3 You just can’t help squeezing it!
So happy Halloween season everyone! I hope you enjoy it!
P.S. Stay tuned next week! This pattern inspired me to make a fun variation that’ll be a bonus pattern next Friday!

You are the best.

Hi ho hi ho it’s off to cut I go…………………
Great pattern once again. Thx a stack
Awesome I think ill use this for the Halloween contests.
Just an error I noticed, the part labeled ear on the pattern is actually called a tuft on an owl.
Hi, I love all of the super cute projects. Thank you for sharing them!
I do, however, have a request. Would you consider making a hoodie/scarf/bag/pillow/plushie, etc., of a ferret/black-footed and/or both, please? There’s really nothing out there that I’ve been seeing so far, and certainly not in pattern form. I’m wanting to make things for our local ferret shelter and to help with fundraisers to aid in their financial support. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Blessings,
Kiki
I’ve gotten a handful of requests for a ferret so far 🙂 So I’ll definitely consider it for the future! Thank you for the kind words about my work ♥
How do you get the other pattern for the other project
I’m afraid I don’t quite understand, sorry 🙂 I have a lot of patterns and projects shared here. Which pattern do you mean?
Good morning I am looking at your Owl plushy love it and several others. The owl did not have the file for the embroidery eyes. Could you tell me how I can get those.
Thank you for the kind words about the Owl plush! Unfortunately that particular pattern doesn’t have embroidery files yet — just the ones from February of 2018 and later.
But I hope to make embroidery files for it in the near future!

Excellent work…
Your files are so beautiful.
I download every one.
Thanks a lot.
hi! what fabric are these made of?
They’re made from Shannon brand minky 🙂
Buenos días muchas gracias por los moldes son muy bellos los muñecos ☺️
Hi, I have noticed that the Mini Owl Plush (embroidery file) does not have the pattern for the Face Panels, where can I find these, I would love to make some Mini owls for a friend of mine.
Hello! Yes, the mini owls don’t have face panels in their templates since it’s assumed you’d be using an embroidery machine 😊 And if that’s the case then the applique stitching sews out the face panel for you. But if you were interested in the templates, I’ve collected them for you here: https://cholyknight.files.wordpress.com/2021/09/mini-owl-face-panels.pdf
Thank you very much 😀
