Hi everyone! I’ve got a new pattern I’ve been working on as well as a store-wide sale to celebrate!

Last year I tried out making a large bundle of in-the-hoop plush embroidery files, themed as an Advent Calendar. And the response had me absolutely floored. I was so surprised and humbled by how much you all liked it! And proof of that fact were all the requests for more expansions! The first that seemed perfect was an Easter set!

To fill up your Easter eggs, you get a little plush animal and then a little costume to dress it up in! All of these are in-the-hoop embroidery files. So they stitch up almost entirely in your embroidery machine and can be whipped up super quickly. There are 11 animals, including a rabbit, baby chick, sheep, cow, pig, duckling, lamb, fox, goat, gosling, and alpaca. Then there are 13 costumes, including a carrot, frog, sheep, butterfly, bee, beehive, deviled egg, chocolate rabbit, cracked egg, alpaca, hedgehog, chicken, and fairy house. There are also 3 more designs for a fabric version of a plastic Easter egg, which is a little pouch that overlaps to hold your animal inside.

Then to actually store these little cuties, I felt like I had to include an Easter basket! As a step up from the classic basket with bunny ears, I made mine with a little plush face and optional wings to make it a fairy bunny. It’s fully lined inside and uses your choice of interfacing for structure. The plush and costumes also fit inside 3” plastic Easter eggs. Unfortunately the more common 2” tall eggs are too small. The 3″ tall eggs are still pretty common though, so just double check that you have the slightly larger size.
