I’ve got a new plush pattern I’ve added to my shop!

Here’s the version of my neck animals that I was finally building up to — woodland animals! I was already brimming with ideas for these since the Neck Dragons from January, because what could be better than a cute plush version of the fox wraps and stoles of yesteryear? Except of course 6 different other animal variations — like a wolf, unicorn, cat, ferret, dachshund, and red panda!
Just like the Neck Dragons from before, these long, curved noodle plushies wrap around your neck as a fun and cozy shoulder accessory. They have curved bodies with big fluffy tails attached to the end. If you add in wire to its body, it’ll make it posable so it fits even more snugly and is less likely to shift while you move around. And you can twist the tail in fun ways 🦊 The wire isn’t absolutely required for the project, since not everyone is interested in hunting down hardware. But it should help a little that it only needs armature wire, which is usually easy to find in craft stores 🧵
As usual, the pattern comes with applique templates for the eyes and other details like paw pads. But if you have an embroidery machine you can purchase the embroidery files separately.
